It is important for you to understand what information we collect about you during your visit and what we do with that information. Please note that your visit to the Site and use of the Services is subject to this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the activities of our third-party sponsors, advertisers, licensees, affiliates and other partners that may collect your user information while accessing or using such third party's services in connection with your use of the Services. The privacy and information practices of those third parties are not covered by this Privacy Policy. Use of the Services: In order to provide the Services, Josepha collects information that you share directly with us when you use the Site, App, or other Services. You can set up an account with us, save and organize products from different web shops, and check for the best prices on Josepha. You can set up your Josepha account with your name and email address.
Forms, Help Requests, and Registrations: When you request information (for example, by interacting with our customer service department or through the Services, we may collect data such as your name, email address(es), and certain information related to your inquiry.
Updating or Removing your Personal Information: In case you change your mind or some Personal Information may change, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove the Personal Information you give us. You can do this by contacting us at help@josepha.io.

As Necessary to Provide the Services to You: Josepha may contract with companies or individuals to provide certain services including email and hosting services, data management, surveys and marketing and/or promotional services, to assist in preventing or deterring fraud, etc. We may share Personal Information with such third parties solely as appropriate for them to perform their functions, but they may not use such information for any other purpose.

If you would like to delete your account or personal information, you can always ask us by emailing help@josepha.io. See section below entitled “Correcting, Augmenting or Deleting Your Information”.
Opting-Out
To keep you in control of your Personal Information and the communications directed to you, you may opt-out of the following services: You may opt out of receiving e-mail newsletters by following the opt-out instructions provided to you in those e-mails. Please note that we reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to your use of the Services and these transactional messages may be unaffected if you choose to opt-out from marketing communications. In accordance with our routine record keeping, we may delete certain records that contain Personal Information you have submitted through the Services. We are under no obligation to store such Personal Information indefinitely and disclaim any liability arising out of, or related to, the destruction of such Personal Information. In addition, you should be aware that it is not always possible to completely remove or delete all of your Personal Information from our databases without some residual data because of backups and other reasons. You may request that we remove Personal Information published in our member directory - by e-mail request to help@josepha.io.We want to communicate with you via email correspondence only if you want to hear from us. If for any reason you would no longer like to receive email messages from us, you may contact us at help@josepha.io. Please allow up to 10 days for us to process your request.
Information we collect automatically as you access and use the Services

Ja, Josepha ist ein kostenloser Service. Wir erheben keine Gebühren für die Nutzung unserer Plattform und geben Zugang zu einer Vielzahl von Möbel-Webshops ohne zusätzliche Kosten.Was bedeutet Inspirationsbild?
Inspirationsbilder können vielfältig sein. Es können Screenshots von bspw. Instagram, Pinterest oder Webshops, oder selbstgemachte Fotos von Möbel hochgeladen werden. Ein Inspirationsbild kann mit oder ohne Hintergrund sein. Es kann z.b. auch der Lieblingssessel der Nachbarin fotografiert und hochgeladen werden. Welche Möbel kann ich suchen?
